Commercial Real Estate Director at the Meeting Place Management Company
"Throughout the first three quarters of 2026, our chain of neighbourhood centers has demonstrated sustained growth in operating performance. This was achieved through expanded cooperation with anchor tenants, the development of leisure services, and continued efforts to optimize operating costs. In the fourth quarter, we will focus on growth opportunities: negotiations with new brands and categories, as well as New Year events that give guests more reasons to return again and again — while continuing to automate and streamline processes to enhance the network’s investment appeal."
