Schedule:- Zumba: Mondays (7:00–8:00 PM) & Saturdays (10:30–11:30 AM)
- Yoga: Saturdays (11:45 AM–12:45 PM)
- Dance Fitness: Wednesdays (7:00–8:00 PM) & Sundays (10:30–11:30 AM)
- Stretching: Sundays (11:45 AM–12:45 PM)
All sessions are led by professional trainers and require advance registration on the project’s website. Participants are advised to wear comfortable athletic attire, bring a yoga mat, and stay hydrated.
