A new neighborhood center, A Meeting Place Patriot, has opened in the northwest of Moscow at 4 Salyam Adil Street. It is the 26th facility launched under the program for the reconstruction of Moscow’s cinemas, implemented by the development company ADG group.
The total area of the renovated center is 17,865 square meters. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground level. A standout feature is the functional roof with a summer terrace, designed for guest relaxation and community events during the warm season.

The center will house over 30 tenants. Our primary goal was to create comfortable, modern infrastructure for the surrounding neighborhoods. Beyond essential daily retail and services, we paid special attention to leisure and recreation. That is why we dedicated two of the four floors to sports facilities and creative studios, which will become a permanent hub for active leisure and community interaction. We are confident this approach will allow the center to become the true heart of the district—a place offering all the necessary amenities for living, shopping, and quality leisure within walking distance. We have created a full-fledged ecosystem for residents."
A key focus of the new neighborhood center is promoting a healthy lifestyle for visitors. Guests can already enjoy a variety of sports facilities across all floors. The underground level features a new DDX Fitness club. The first floor is home to a gymnastics center offering training for both children and adults. Multifunctional sports zones on the second and third floors will soon host martial arts classes, yoga, as well as squash, tennis, table tennis, and padel. For fitness enthusiasts, a sports nutrition store has also opened.
The center is designed for comfortable everyday living, featuring everything from a supermarket and pharmacy to cozy cafes. The underground level hosts a LENTA supermarket, alongside a FOUR PAWS pet store and the ROSE ROOM flower boutique. Services include the Anex Tour travel agency and the LISICHKA dry cleaner.
The first floor offers a restaurant, cozy cafes, coffee shops for socializing, and a food hall with diverse culinary options. Plans include gastronomic festivals and themed weeks to make the food hall a key attraction for local food lovers.
This floor also houses beauty and personal care services: the L’ETOILE cosmetics store, Arena Beauty nail salon, TOPGUN barbershop, OK Optics eyewear store, and the NEOFARM pharmacy.
