Making the shortlist for this respected industry award underscores the project’s high-quality execution, architectural appeal, and positive impact on local infrastructure. The building features three levels above ground and one below, complete with a rooftop terrace designed for community events and relaxation during the warmer months.
A "Meeting Place Patriot" has quickly become a local hub, offering residents more than just a curated mix of retailers—it provides inviting public spaces designed for everyday life. The center’s core mission is to bring modern, convenient amenities within walking distance for the surrounding community. Beyond essential shops and services, the developer placed a strong emphasis on lifestyle and leisure, dedicating two of the four floors to sports and creative activities.
This wellness-focused concept is woven throughout the center. A fitness club operates on the lower level, while the first floor is home to a gymnastics studio for both children and adults. The upper two floors are dedicated to multi-purpose sports zones, offering everything from martial arts and yoga to squash, tennis, table tennis, and padel.
The center is also thoughtfully equipped for daily needs. The basement level features a supermarket, a pet store, a flower shop, a travel agency, and a dry cleaner. Up on the first floor, the focus shifts to food and personal care. Here, visitors will find a restaurant, cafes, coffee shops, and a food hall that regularly hosts culinary events. This level also houses a cosmetics retailer, a nail salon, a barbershop, an eyewear store, and a pharmacy.
The finalists were chosen by a jury of leading developers, industry consultants, and heads of professional associations. The winners will be revealed on April 23 at the official CRE Moscow Awards 2026 ceremony.
