Grigory Pecherskiy’s career is marked by projects that have not only driven profitability but also transformed approaches to real estate management. Since founding ADG group in 2004, he has spearheaded the company’s strategic growth and key initiatives. Under his leadership in 2024, ADG group launched six new ‘Meeting Place’ neighborhood centers—more than any other player in the retail real estate market during the same period—with a combined area exceeding 91,000 sq.m. The chain now totals 24 properties.
In 2024, three new food halls opened in ‘Meeting Place Kirgizia, ‘Meeting Place Orion’, and ‘Meeting Place Pervomayskiy’, bringing the total to 10 food halls across the chain.
ADG group also expanded the social and community role of its neighbourhood centers, hosting sports, cultural, educational, and entertainment events in partnership with projects like ‘Moscow Longevity’ and the ‘My Sports District’ fitness initiative.
The company further enhanced its cinema offerings. In 2024 the renovated MosKino Angara theater reopened in ‘Meeting Place Angara’. In May 2025, a KARO cinema debuted at ‘Meeting Place Kirgizia’, raising the total to nine cinemas in the chain.
During warmer months, rooftop terraces at ‘Meeting Place’ neighbourhood centers provide unique urban oases for relaxation, sunbathing, workouts, workshops, and cultural events.
ADG group is boosting operational efficiency through proprietary IT solutions, including a customized digital platform to streamline processes and increase net operating income. Three integrated systems deployed in 2024 are: BMS (Building Management System), which provides 24/7 remote monitoring of climate control and security systems, CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management), streamlining maintenance workflows and quality control, Unified Vertical Transport Control Center, qcentralized management of elevators/escalators for safety and incident response.
For Grigory, being named among the CRE 100+ signifies a new chapter to further influence the industry’s evolution. For the market, it reaffirms that the future is built by those who merge experience with innovation.
