The Meeting Place Projects Are Finalists of the GRREAT 2025 Professional Award

ADG group and the Meeting Place network of neighborhood centers have confirmed their market leadership, with several company projects and initiatives being shortlisted for the annual GRREAT award in the commercial real estate sector. Following the results of 2025, the neighborhood center network is represented in six key categories.
The following were recognized as finalists:
Best New Small Shopping Center — A Meeting Place Baku neighborhood center.
Best Shopping Center Advertising Campaign — A Meeting Place Sofia neighborhood center.
Best Social Media Promotion of a Property — The general brand account of A Meeting Place network of neighbourhood centers.
Best Marketing Event in a Shopping Center — The Neighbors' Club loyalty program.
Best Collaboration between a Shopping Center and a Tenant" - The Cinema Roof project.
Lease Deal of the Year — Signing a contract with the brand Rostic’s.
Reaching the finals of a prestigious award like GRREAT is an objective indicator of the effectiveness of the network’s chosen development strategy. This recognizes success not only in commercial property management but also in creating qualitatively new public spaces focused on the needs of local communities.
The fact that the finalists include both a new property in the network and unique event formats and collaborations is particularly noteworthy.
