ADG group, a pioneering urban developer from Moscow, is going to present an ideal option for investing into Russian business — its Neighbourhood Centres Network, the largest Moscow commercial RE project — on the world`s leading property market MIPIM 2018.

Russia is the most attractive destination for investors among developing markets, while Moscow is the only attractive hub for potential investors. A city of early adopters, Moscow offers several opportunities for business and investing to enter Russian market, including unique 39 Neighbourhood Centres Network by ADG group.
The network of 39 Neighbourhood centres is the company’s most ambitious and most innovative project yet. 39 former cinemas located in densely populated districts of Moscow, where there is an urgent need for quality shopping centres, will be reconstructed into a new asset class of commerce real estate. The only trend setter in Russia, ADG group aims to qualitatively change the life of modern Moscow and provide enhanced cultural, shopping and entertainment facilities specific to the needs of city`s districts. Reconstruction started in spring 2017. The current investment is set to be nearly 57 bln rubles (990m USD). The total GBA of 39 objects is 480,000 sq. m. After complete Neighbourhood centres commissioning in 2019 ADG group will become the Moscow’s largest commercial real estate owner by number of objects.
