MIPIM.

the new deal for the city makers

Technology revolution, geopolitical instability and societal changes are sweeping through the business world. As a result, property professionals are facing new challenges that drive them to understand their business and their end customers differently. Today, cities have become economic and demographic hubs with a global reach. These new world cities are generating geopolitical changes that have an impact on the global economy, the residents’ life style, and also on the property industry.  At the same time emerging economies are growing 75% faster than developed ones, forcing investors to look with renewed interest at Africa, Asia and Russia. Despite instability.

Stakeholders need to adapt their strategies by collaborating with new players and creating new forms of business in order to address the impact of the geopolitical and economic challenges facing the real estate industry and create new sources of growth. It’s time to change the habitual ways of interaction between developers, and other parties: citizens, public sector, political authorities, regulators and private companies.

The network of 39 neigbourhood centres

Our company along with our financial partner VTB bank has acquired a series of 39 real-estate assets in Moscow. All of these sites are located geographically in the densely populated urban areas of the city, where commercial and leisure offer is at its lowest level.

A network of 39 neighbourhood centres across Moscow will provide enhanced cultural, shopping and entertainment facilities specific to the needs and traditions of each district, fostering a culture of participation and belonging amongst local communities. It will provide extensive new business opportunities for local, national and international brands and also diverse employment opportunities for local people.

This Neighbourhood centres project is unique. It combines the interests of the city, communities, retailers and investors. It changes the cityscape by revitalizing 39 urban areas. It increases the quality of life of 2,5 million people. It brings iconic world-class architecture and landscape design to Moscow’s densely populated urban areas. It sets new standards in the design and management of real estate by means of the latest technology. It communicates with communities, and works not for them, but with them. It equally values the physical, the human and the digital dimensions.

This Network of 39 Neigbourhood centres is a completely new asset class in the real estate industry.
